The accommodations are two houses (HOUSE SUN and HOUSE CORAL) on the ground-floor . It has an area of 50 square meters and a veranda of 15 square meters with gazebo. It is about 3 km from the old town, 2,5 km from the sea, 5 km from the international Airport Alghero-Fertilia.

There is an airconditioning system.

The 2 houses consists each of one double room with double bed, one double room with two single beds unitable if necessary, a living room with angle cooking, a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed

Barbecue, one large parking area, entrance with automatic gate, illuminated avenue, washing-machine, climatization.
The lodgings aren't in any case isolated because they are in a built-up area.
