Finca Amanecer

Finca Amanecer is an organic spice farm located 6 miles (10k) east of Quepos on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We are half-way between the beaches of Manuel Antonio and the rainforests of Cerra Nara.

NEWS FLASH: Scarlet Macaws have been sighted nearly every afternoon for 2-4pm in Londres and at Finca Amanecer since Feb. 17th, 2005.

We offer a relaxed atmosphere on a 7 acre (3 hec) Garden of Eden and include a tropical breakfast and full linens with your B&B booking, either in a dorm room or private double. Internet, Juice bar cafe and bar coming soon. We are constantly improving our little farm.Finca Amanecer room configurations:

The double, Poetry Room has an orthopedic Queen and shares a semi-private bath with the Sunset Room, double.

The Hummingbird room has a double (with a mosquito net) plus a single, but can be rented for just two people.

The Mixed room has a double bed and a set of bunk beds, rented as a dorm.

La Luna (the moon room) is best for late sleepers and has two sets of bunk beds, made with teak from the farm. Rented as a dorm.

We also include a free tour of the spice farm, a 4 headed garden shower, free inner tubes to float Rio Naranjo, (Christmas to Easter) the rest of the year commerical companies offer class III/IV white water trips.

Free immersion Spanish, just stroll through our typical Tico pueblo and lots of locals are willing to teach you Spanish if you'll help them with their English. We are 10 miles or about 16 Km from world famous Manuel Antonio Park.

Londres offers lots to do: rafting, fishing, horse back rides, zip line canopy tours, waterfalls and a skybridge, ATV's and if that't not enough, we can book you on any tour in the area or in the country.
