Indicazioni stradali per Rambutan Guesthouse

We are located in the barrio Sacromonte, the charming old area, overlooking the Alhambra and the city center. (15 mins on foot from Plaza Nueva, 5 mins on the bus).

Check in to the appartments are at 9h in the mornings to 00h30 at night. Please let us know if you think you'll arrive earlier or later, gracias!!

For the directions, some people get lost so here are some indications:

!!!!If you're coming by car, please let us know: it's a bit difficult to access here with a car, you'll need precise indications that we can send you to make everything easier!


From the bus station:

Take bus 3 or 33 at the bus station and stop at the cathedral.
Then cross the street and walk to the end of Gran Via (in front of you you'll see a big statue with a fountain), then turn left and keep walking straight (calle Reyes Catolicos) until you reach Plaza Nueva.

In Plaza Nueva take bus 31,32 or 35, the bus stop is on the right of the plaza (the buses are small and red, and look like ambulances).
The bus is going to drive up to the Albayzin from the back of the city. Get off at Iglesia San Salvador.
(except if you're in the 35, in that case, get off at the first stop of the Camino Sacromonte, then climb the steps next to the bus stop, turn at the first left, then right. Climb up the steps along the cactus garden, then take the first left.)

Then reach the road going down Cuesta del Chapiz, walk down til you reach, on your left, a little plaza with a tea house called Meknes.
Turn left into Camino de Sacromonte.

Walk along the Camino until you see the first steps on your left (there is a sign 'Apartamentos Montes Claros' on the wall), climb these steps
At the top of the steps, take the first right , keep walking straight and turn left.
Climb (last time) the stairs between the cactus garden and the white tower.
Then take the first left at the corner of the cactus garden. (if you find yourself at a green fountain you've gone too far, so head back down the steps)
The Rambutan is the second house on your right.


From the airport:

At the airport take the bus going to the city (it' s 3 euros) and get off at the cathedral.(Gran Via)
Then follow the directions above.


From the train station:

Take bus 3 or 33 , get off at the cathedral (Gran Via)
Then follow the directions above.
