Friendly staff (based upon trying more than ten, this is rare in Prague hostels) - spacious rooms - hot showers - fast wifi and plug sockets - working guests welcome - book exchange - luggage storage - lockers - rooms ready on time - free linen - bar and common area - quiet and relaxed atmosphere - hot water available for drinks - good transport links. Only negative - no full kitchen.

Unfriendly staff - did not inform me that no key cards were working that day, or about additional features such as breakfast. My bed still had on the linen from the previous guest, at 23:00 Dirty bathrooms. Broken lockers and key cards. Very small lifts and only stairs at the main entrance - inconvenient for travellers with luggage. As a business traveller, 2Mbs wi-fi made it impossible to work - faster connections were extremely overpriced. Credit surcharge applied to my debit card. No kitchen.

Positives - close to centre, large kitchen, free wifi, lockers, cheap tea and coffee for purchase, board games and book exchange, free maps Negatives - filthy showers, dorms can be accessed by anyone, lack of reading lights and plug sockets, bring your own linen normally means bring a sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover - here you are expected to bring the actual duvet and pillow too.

Positives - location, linen included, free wifi, comfortable beds, en-suite dorms, left-luggage facilities, kitchen Negatives - both receptionists I spoke to were very rude, not enough crockery, and NO mugs, in the kitchen

Very rude staff member at reception who made it very clear that I was a pain when I had to complain that my room key had not ben activated/programmed. Otherwise I cannot complain about the great location, very comfortable beds, free linen, and a pool and sauna, but the bathrooms are always quite dirty and there is no kitchen.

Positives - comfortable beds, en suite rooms, free w-lan even on 7th floor, free drink, new kitchen, free map, free tea, pasta and rice, linen included, central location, good public transport links. Negatives - kitchen is closed to self-caterers in the mornings, and needs more crockery and utensils, bar is geared towards a drunken nightclub experience, and is not somewhere for a quiet drink or chat, but the dining area can be used for this.

I highly recommend this hostel – facilities are great (large rooms, lockers with padlocks provided, linen, equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee, wifi, powerful shower, books and board games, living room), and it is one of the cleanest hostels I have seen. It is small, and definitely not a party hostel, so for people on business trips like myself the atmosphere was perfect. If you are looking for a bar or disco, I would suggest one of the larger hostels instead, and also this is not a suitable

Good - comfortable beds, lockers, free wi-fi, free linen, printing services, good restaurant, large common areas, reading lights, security Bad - no kitchen, website does not indicate when pool and sauna are closed for maintenance (be careful if booking just for these as I did), dirty bathrooms, I ended up in female dorm by chance but do not pay extra just for two sachets of gel and a small bar of soap - you can get this in a supermarket for well under two Euros!
