General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation after reservation.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Nasmastin has an energy of its own that shines in the centre of Lisbon. In the centre of the city and in one of the nerve centres that can take you to any of the most emblematic monuments in a few minutes, as well as to a luxury market segment, both fashionable and gastronomic.

Our name is a mixture of Namastê, which is based on an expression of respect, a form of greeting and gratitude for receiving you in this space to be a part of the whole. The terminology of in means that we are all together within a space that does everything so that as soon as you enter our door you can feel at home. In short, Namastin means the gratitude of being part of this huge community that receives from families with children to the greatest lonely adventurer in the world, and still welcomes with open arms with the hope of being able to provide the best experience in Lisbon!

Therefore, one of our missions is to offer a personalised service, through our Guest Service and available packs, to simplify your stay and offer moments of pure leisure. Breakfast will always be part of your travel package, but your unlimited imagination can also be a door to design a stay in a tailor-made format so you don't have to worry about anything from the moment you enter Lisbon until you leave for somewhere else. Just remember to mark it in advance!

Namastin has 8 rooms, 4 of which offer the possibility of receiving 3 people, namely families with children from 4 years old or friends who can share the best experience together, taking into account the respect for the holidays of the unknown next door. A warning, the bathrooms are shared, but in king size format and ladies to one side and gentlemen to another.

Not being a 5-star place, we work so that your stay can be a unique experience, whether you are all programmed or an adventurer.

This is our reality but it could be your new bet!

The reception works from 8 am to 8 pm.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 20:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2.00 EUR per person per stay
