General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Cancellation should be before 2 weeks ago from arrival date other wise we ll take one night no show cost from the room price for everyone.

Additional Terms and Conditions

for groups dinner price will 7 euro for each person.

Additional Info:

We dont accept animal for the rooms.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

We hope that we will be the focus of interest for you as our precious guests with our hotel (36 rooms) and being located in Kadıköy which is one of İstanbul’s oldest and popular places. Our hotel has a great location to reach Kadıköy’s unique neighbourhoods and both sides of İstanbul easily. It has an architecture in harmony with town’s folcloric texture and comfortably spacious rooms with modern appearance. There are many shoping center, cafe&bar and restaurants which offering diffrent tastes near our hotels. The Kadıköy Port, Marmaray and Metro Stations only 5 minutes far away from our hotels by walking and also it takes max. 10 minutes to walk (Bahariye, Moda, Bağdat Street, Fenerbahçe Stadium and historical Haydarpaşa Train Station) where are the most popular places in Asian Side.

    Cambiare il Manager ed il personale della reception Sono stato truffato perchè ho pagato 3 notti e sono dvuto scappare dopo la prima notte trascorsa in una cella di 3,5 metriquadri senza finesta . Q!uindi ho pagato 3 notti per una sola, avendo la reception riassegnato la stanza 404 di 10 metriquadri ad altri, con le mie cose dentro, e trasferito nel cella accanto. Non ho azionato la condizionata perchè raffreddato, anni 76 e con pacemaker Dei veri PEZZIDIMERDA. Andate altrove No ZIRVE HOTEL!!!
