With a 24-hour reception located on the ground floor, our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist with your stay and offer recommendations to help you discover the beauty of Krakow. We have three beautiful, fully-equipped kitchens at our disposal, with fantastic city views, for those who prefer to cook their meals. After a day of exploring, you can relax and chill out in our interiors. An elevator is also available for your convenience. Hostel Services and Policies: Cancellation Policy (Standard Rate Bookings): Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, the first night’s stay will be charged. Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking, with no cancellation option.
