Lemon Tree the best hostel of the solar system! It is located in the heart of Mendoza, surrounded by the best vineyards and wineries in the Malbec area, facing the Cordillera de los Antes.
In a large garden we have an ecological farm (horses, sheep, llamas), orchards, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area and bar service. We also have soccer field and beach volleyball, pool, table tennis, ping - pong, play station - retro arcade games. We are very interested in recycling food and waste. Fundamental for travellers who wish to volunteer. In the place you can camp, there are art classes, we are very interested in each traveller leaving his mark in Lemon Tree. In the same hostel we have a tattoo studio where tattooists from all over the world are received.
Every day there are excursions in the area. Some of them are; bike and wine, horseback riding, trekking and kayaking in the Potrerillos dike.

I wouldn’t recommend this place as a solo traveler unless you’re Spanish. It’s far from the center, there was just a few ppl staying there, I thought it would be packed for the festival but it wasn’t and there was no one attending it nor talking about it. No activities, no tours, etc. you’re on your own there. The hostel itself has a relaxing yard and a pool and a cute playful dog. I got the staff to help take me to a market to get fresh veggies and fruit as there are none in walking distance

Fantastic place to stay. The owner was very accommodating and was brilliant at organising tours for our group.

One of the coolest hotels for anyone who enjoys television and cinema. The entire hostel is a vibe with a great lounging area with a pool. The brothers who run it are straight shooters and one even taught me to drive stick shift! The hostel is a perfect location if you arrive late in Mendoza and plan to head to the wineries. In addition, it’s located right beside a prominent area of Mendoza with access to great restaurants
