It is situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The internet connection is strong, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The additional common areas are generously sized and well-maintained. You are welcome to use the washing machine, the kitchen facilities, and even the iron for your clothing.

If you enjoy walking, you will discover numerous green areas and parks nearby. Additionally, commercial centers like Plaza Mayor or Plaza Rohrmoser are just a stone's throw away.
