Bologna is a familiar Guesthouse for students located in the university area at porta san vitale in the old city. The flat is on the first floor on the left of an old-style building.
**IMPORTANT** Please read carefully our terms and conditions.
Please note you need to CONFIRM THE ARRIVAL TIME, PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD CVV CODE, and a VALID PHONE NUMBER directly to the property in order to confirm the booking, OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED.
Please contact the host for the payment.
All the above details need to be confirmed within 12 hours from the booking time. For bookings with arrival on the same day, the details need to be confirmed before 2 pm.
In case of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, we will send you a link by email and this is the only payment method accepted. The payment needs to be made on the same day of the booking confirmation. Failure to pay through the provided link will result in the BOOKING CANCELLATION.
This property might pre-authorize your credit card in order to confirm your booking. For standard rates, this property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival (end of the free cancellation period). In case of unsuccessful payment, the booking will be cancelled.
All the information regarding the floor/bell of the accommodation will be given after confirming the arrival time.
This property requires the confirmation of card details and CVV
The payment will be made by the hostel when the free cancellation ends.
Breakfast is charged at 5 euros the luggage deposit costs ten euros per person.
** Very Important: Respect Check-In Time. For any modification time, you need to advise via WhatsApp in advance the property before arrival in order to organize.
Respect the common space we are not responsible for the object of the guests left in the rooms
Please note, from 9am to 2 pm during the hosting workshop it s not possible to stay on the bed.
Check-in time ONLY from 4 pm to 6 pm . After 6pm until 8pm the extra cost is 10€ From 8pm - 10pm the extra cost is 10€ per hour.
Check-in is NOT AVAILABLE before 4 pm and after 6 pm
Check-out max 9.00
No luggage service after the check out.
The guests arriving after 6 pm
Taxes are added to your total payable on your confirmation email.

It's bad.
Pros
The location is ok and overall the toilets and the bedsheets looked clean.
Cons
The owner asks for credit card details, including cvv code, otherwise they will cancel the reservation.
It's very noisy. It's at the ground floor with very old window and I could hear people shouting and logging in the street until 4 am. They're were also two dogs in the apartment, often barking during the night.
