Super friendly staff, super secure and peaceful place. Very short walk to the street markets and a far walk from the main plaza. A good value for the money. I extended my stay here and even returned a second time. Free breakfast is a two-course, very delicious experience. Fans keep the room at a good temp if you decide not to pay extra for the aircon. Best value around.

Casa Barcelona is situated in a great spot where you are far enough away that it is quiet yet close enough to walk to the action. The rooms are modest, clean, secure, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The reception area has lots of information available including bicycles to rent. The staff are lovely, very helpful and if you don't speak Spanish it's ok, you can get by. The breakfasts are delicious and the service is excellent. I highly recommend.
