Bacalar Casa LaHar

We had a lovely time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful location by the lake with direct access to the lagoon. However there was just one toilet that was smelly and shared with too many people. The communal areas were also not that clean. We slept in a cabaña which was lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back!

A magic place! Peaceful and beautiful!

Nice place, great location with a amazing view on the lagoon, 30min walking from the center - 5min by taxi 30pesos. Breakfast, bikes and kayaks NOT includes in the price. Also the kitchen was not very clean and just to pots, so was a bit hard to cook there. Nice personal but they could be more welcoming. Very chilled and lazy atmosphere, I liked that. Silent at night. If you wanna save money this is the place. If you want a bit more, spend more in other hostels where you have better services.
