At Refugio Hostel Fortaleza under German management, you will find a familiar and ecologically correct environment with its own solar heaters, solar panels to generate our own energy and water reuse system, offering comfort at European level, with a highly motivated team to take care of you and with the clear mission to provide an unforgettable stay at 'your' refuge. Since 2015 we are No. 1 on TripAdvisor in our category in Fortaleza and this is not without a reason. Service is not just a word for us, we live it, every day a little bit more.

We are offering dorms from 2 up to 8 beds and 3 private suites at generous space, with air conditioning as well as naturally ventilated, light flooded bathrooms, 2 outdoor terraces with a professional stone BBQ grill, two nice gardens where you can hang up in our hammocks, a totally equipped kitchen, open 24/7 for our guests, one TV room, fast and stable Internet in all rooms and much more.

Conditions:

Our prices are per person (except the private suites) and they include: Breakfast, bed linen, high-speed internet and much more.
Breakfast is from 7:00 am until 9:00 am.
At the check-in we hand out a kit of bed-linen in case of reservations for the dorms.

Reservation guarantee:

We ask 50% deposit for early bookings as a guarantee of the vacancies, in case of a one day stay 100%. (Only for those who have a bank account in Brazil).
We accept credit cards, bank transfers and Pix, the total payment must be done upon check-in.
We do not accept checks.

Return policy:

The cancellation of booking must be done within 48 hours in advance to guarantee repayment of the total amount of the deposit made in our checking account. In case of cancellation in less than 48 hours there will be neither a paid refund, nor a part of it.

Partial cancellation during the stay:

In case of partial cancellation of the total of days previously reserved while the guest is already checked in, there will be no refund of the amount already paid, and any debt will have to be cleared before checking out.

Check-out: Until 12:00 noon

Minors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their mother or father in private rooms.
