Our staff are here to help with everything, from renting scooters to advice on which beaches to visit!
We offer several types of dormitory, some with air conditioning and hot showers. Others with fans and unheated shower water. All our dormitories are mixed sex.
We have a cafe by the pool with espresso coffee and vegetarian / vegan orientated meals. Cafe opening hours: 7:30 - 23:00
Guests have the option to pay a deposit for locker key (or use your own padlock). Each bed has its own power point and reading lamp. Some of our dorms simply has mattresses on the floor with a power point close by each bed.
Our skate bowl, swimming pool, cafe, movie room and communal kitchen are our key features! All designed and created with loving detail. The skate bowl is to skate all day but closes at 21:00 to ensure all guests get a good nights sleep.

Great stay at Pipes hostel! Rooms were super clean and comfortable, although the beds were essentially mattresses on the floor rather than bunks.
The skate bowl and swimming pool were really cool features, though it was difficult to meet other people since everything was so spread out.
Further, while the staff were very helpful, they all seemed very aloof and more interested in conversing with long-term guests, which didn't exactly make me feel welcomed. Overall though, a great spot to crash

The hostel itself is lovely and has a great cafe, pool, skate bowl, and chill out area. However, the guests are cliquey (if you’re not a pro surfer/skater then it is harder to make friends).
