I arrived, knocked the door, and no one was there to let me in. I called the number associated with the business on Google Maps 3 times and waited outside for 30 minutes. I was never answered, and never was I called back.

No answer at the door when I arrived. After calling the phone number multiple times and knocking for over 20 minutes I had to find somewhere else to stay.
Never got a call back despite the hostel number having multiple missed calls from me.
May I please have my deposit reimbursed.
