I stayed just for one night, but I did feel the good vibe of this stay. Diego the is great, and he take care of the host and help them with the treks

Nice hostel, warm beds with thick duvets. Good value for money however we did get woken up early by the hostel guy wanting us to do trekking and he called us lazy (when we had got in at 4am from the ha giang loop and 8 hour bus drive). It was also incredible misty and foggy so we wouldn’t have been able to see anything . He also told us not to go to Cat cat village because it was ‘too touristy’ but it was basically empty and very nice. Other staff lovely and I’m sure he had good intentions. Pretty good loca

Hosts are the best! The Internet is ok, the beds are excellent, only one bathroom for each gender for 20/30 people though. The boiler can't keep up with it and at some point, so you end up with a cold shower. The building is not heated in any way and Sapa can get pretty cold already late in the afternoon. The roof view is incredible! All in all, totally worth it!
