Great location and managed by a great guy who will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Provided lots of great tips for the local area which made my stay in Christchurch one I’ll never forget.
Will be returning soon and looking forward to it.

We stayed in a double room. The room was clean, but quite worn down. Same for shower room and kitchen facilities. The kitchen was well equipped but slightly old. The back garden is very nice. The man in the reception was very helpful, fixed the wifi and helped us when we were locked out of our room. All in all a fair stay for the money.

Pros:
- Good location.
- Nice garden to relax in.
- Good size kitchen.
Cons:
- No lockers.
- Receptionist isn't always there. Call in advance. I rocked up and no-one was there to check me in.
