Four Floor Mikeladze Family owned house / apartment building with 18 newly built, clean, quiet rooms on the top three floors with two shared bathrooms with hot showers on each of the top three floors, comfortable chairs and sofa in common area between rooms and open balcony with fresh air and sunshine. Two Kitchens are available for guests to use. Friendly daughter, Sofo speaks fluent English and Russian and Mother, Gulnasi speaks Fluent Russian and some Turkish, both very friendly and helpful to answer questions and give directions to guests. Recommended in the most recent 2008 Edition Lonely Planet Guidebook

The bed was not comfortable, it is a bit away to c center. They are helpful and nice people but one should know that it is only an average room or bed. They speak eng very poor, communication is a real trouble in georgia

Stayed in this place after a looong, social trip, hoping for peaceful environment to recharge and found what I was looking for. Chill, quite place. Room was comfortable. Cleaning 10/10. Owners are really nice, they let me to leave my luggage in there while I'm traveling other parts of Georgia. Overall, great experience, would go there again.

A bit unsure of where to initially enter the building once off the street and through the alley, but after walking into the host's family's living room, they were extremely welcoming and warm to me upon my arrival.
The room was very basic, but just what I needed for one night. The main part of town is a roughly 20min walk away and easily reachable. Overall a nice place to stay for a great price.
