We are located in the Fresia neighborhood , GERONIMO DE ALDERETE 247 APT 1, in the heart of Pucón, area of restaurants, pubs, shops. Just two blocks from the main beach of Pucón (lake villarrica), and one block from La Poza sector, instead to enjoy the sunset.

the room was horribly dirty and smelly. the sheets had not been changed in a long time, lucky we had sleeping bags. The bathroom was almost impossible to use, no pressure in the shower at all and the shower hanger was broken. Moreover I guess nobody cleaned the bathroom for a long time as far as we could see as it was really dirty. I absolutely do not recomand the place as it was definitely not worth the price even if the staff was kind and people were friendly.

The good - clean room, comfortable bed, friendly, responsive owner The bad - dirty bathroom, difficult to find, no lockers I couldnâ€™t find the place when I was trying to check in around 10 pm at night, but I called the owner and he picked up right away and helped me. The rooms are quite nice, but no lockers made me worry about my valuables will I was gone during the day. Overall a nice place, but could be improved a lot with a few basic additions
