Chesdon Hostel is a warm and friendly hostel that welcomes the backpackers all over the world. Guests can relax in the chill out room; complete with comfy sofas, cable TV, or catch up with friends and family over the internet. Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the hostel.

Chesdon is the kindest man in Hualien. Great place, humble, fun and if you need any information Chesdon has great recommendations.

Chesdon was so helpful and friendly during my stay, he helped me a lot with reccomendations of yhings to do in Hualien, and came with me to the 7/11 to help my sending my luggage forward. Hostel is clean and has all facilities you need. Highly recommended! Thankyou Chesdon for all your help!

Although the room we stayed in did not have a window, and was quite small, the hostel was in a very central location that made things very convenient! The hostel owner was so kind and helpful with transportation!
