***Please kindly note:
In Kanazawa City, a new accommodation tax will be implemented starting April 1, 2019.
Accommodation charge under JPY20,000 (per person per night), the tax amount is JPY200 (per person per night).
Please pay at the lodging facility which you are staying.

***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Check-in Time: from 3:00pm to 11:000pm.
2. Chck-out Time: from 7:00am to 11:00am.
3. Payment: Cash or credit card is welcomed upon arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy:
(1) Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
(2) If cancelled 2 days before the booking date, 20% of the balance will be charged.
(3) If cancelled the day before the booking date, 50% of the balance will becharged.
(4) If cancelled on the same booking date, 80% of the balance will be charged.
(5) In case of No Show, the full balance will be charged.
5. Age Restriction: The minimum age to stay in the hostel is 13 years old.
6. Reception Hour: from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the entire building.
