More of a resort than a hostel. We may be more expensive than some hostels on Koh Phangan, but that's because we offer more!

*Unlike many hotels around Koh Phangan we don't require a minimum stay around the monthly full moon party instead of 5 or more at some hostels. Chances are you'll be wanting to extend your stay with us after you arrive though. We do recommend getting here a few days before the Full Moon Party because the other parties leading up to it are often even better than the main event.

***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Check-in Time: From 2pm, if you are early you can store your bags and enjoy the beach
2. Check-out Time: Until 12pm.
3. Payment: Card only upon arrival. (This property operates as a cashless site. All transactions are done with electronic wristbands which are issued upon arrival.) 500 Thai Baht deposit to be paid in cash upon check in (will be returned upon check out if no damage or lost key)
4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 2 days or more before date of arrival, will receive a 100% refund
Cancellations made within 2 days will incur a fee of 100%
5. Age Restriction: We normally only accept guests between the ages of 18-35 years old.
6. Reception Hours: Main reception (Bikes, tours, ferries etc.) 9am to 7pm. Front desk assistance 8am - 11pm.
7. The property including the bar and pool is open to the public at the discretion of management. Outside visitors are not allowed in the hostel rooms, they are for customers only.
