Akumal Natura Glamping is the perfect place to “Connect with Nature”. We have 20 eco-friendly tents in the middle of the jungle. Our thatched roofed with cotton canvas walls units make it truly luxurious glamping right in the heart of the jungle and yet it is only a stone’s throw away from civilization.
Akumal Natura Glamping has private cenotes on-site (natural pool), a chill-out area, offers yoga classes, and a restaurant.
Akumal Nature Rescue is a project with the aim to protect and care for the local flora and fauna throughout the facilities including the cenote where guests can swim and cool off
There are 20 double comfortable bungalow tents, 15 of them have a California King Size bed and 5 have twin beds
Our reception staff speaks English and Spanish and is available 24/7.

Amazing place! Great food! The two guys in the kitchen really are fantastic and quite kind. The facilities were amazing! I loved the walk to and from my room. It was quiet and relaxing. The massage I received and the temazcal ceremony were really amazing! I enjoyed everything here!!! Great tacos near by. Wish I would’ve stayed here longer!

My friend and I recently stayed at Akumal Natura in a queen-bed, ensuite, glamping tent. This property was really neat! Two small, beautiful cenotes on-site open 24hrs for swimming, great food and drinks (although quite pricey) at the restaurant, and bikes available to borrow free of charge. The room was great - comfy bed with a bug net, although be prepared for no air-conditioning, cold shower, and tons of mosquitos! Also, be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner. The people are very kind, and the atmosphere is unique and rustic. You must be Okay with no running hot water. I guess I missed this or wasn't told in advance. They do bring a huge thermos of hot water in the mornings and you can mix this with the cool shower water and take a warm bath. The tent was a bit musty so leave it open to air out as much as possible. Wifi is spotty. Even with all that, it's well worth it! So beautiful there, plus yoga, on site cenote, and massage not to be missed!
