Il surf qui è in molti modi quello che ha messo Playa Maderas sulla mappa, quindi non sorprendetevi se condividerete la sabbia con un sacco di altri appassionati di surf. Pros - the rooms are like boutique hotel rooms, the bedding is amazing, the room is large and the bathroom was excellent, hot and cold water, air con, good wifi, good pool, perfect place to reset
Cons - Communal kitchen was average and smelly, restaurant food was not good, food came out luke warm or cold most of the time, fruit was soft and mushy, they were always running out of things, very western food that was not done well, the $6.50US included breakfast is not worth it, staff could be unfriendly but th

It’s fine, but the fridge is never cleared out as advised. One of the obese workers kept smacking a cat on the head until we shouted at him and took the cat away. Pool never cleaned and full of leaves, our wigwam had holes in the netting and the inner door had nothing to secure it with, which is a pain when it’s windy (which is always). Miles from anywhere and the nearest shop is a fair walk away.

Honestly maybe it was because I was in ometepe playing 13$ for a room (not a super nice one ;) with free breakfast that I found this place expensive, but 10$ for kombucha and 3$ for one liter of water isn’t very good value.
You can get a place on the beach for 50$ a night - do that!
