Sean Guesthuose is the perfect match for your holidays in Isfahan and Iran. We have a vast experience in the hospitality sector and the a great knowledge of the city, so we capitalize both aspects to offer the best possible experience to our guests and travellers.
We have one of the best locations of the city, near to some of the best attractions and landmarks of the city such as Hasht Behesht Palace, Chehelsotoon Palace, Khaju Bridge, Naghsh-e Jahan Square , amongst other interesting spots of the city.
We have two private bedrooms for three people, so it is perfect for couples or friends travelling together. The rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary services and amenities. In addition, we have several common areas where the guests and travellers can get together and exchange past experiences and future plans.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival.
Check in from 08:30 to 20:00 .
Check out from 08:30 to 12:30 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Per me era ideale.E un appartamento comodissimo con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni più la cucina e salone grande.A una decina di minuti da tutti i siti più importanti.Ristoranti a poca distanza. Proprietario Sean è gentilissimo e molto premuroso,parla bene inglese e fa anche la quida.Mi contattava ogni giorno per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa.Mi sono sentita sicura in ogni momento del soggiorno.Raccomando vivamente a chi piace stare in un posto tranquillo e godersi a pace.

The hostel staff was very kind, hospitable and helped us in all our requests. Since there were not many guests, he moved us from the dorm to a double room without asking for money. In reality it is more a Guest House than a hostel: therefore it is difficult to find company as in a hostel. Great location, very close to the main square Imam Square of Esfahan.

The best guest house in Iran, my second house. The house it's in a perfect position. The guest MJ is an amazing person, he help us for few problems. The iranian breakfast it's very good. This is the best house to stay like home! It is near of few attraction, but in a quietly place to sleep. I hope to come back in the future.
