We present you Off Beat Guesthouse, where no room is the same. You are in the right place to get lost. Our unique guesthouse is for travelers and built by travelers.
We are in the old town, the heart of San Sebastian! Just walk around the streets and you will enjoy the real social and gourmet area of the town. The area is full of pintxos bars and restaurants. We are also very close to the main street with buses and taxis.
Vintage and old furniture was gathered and ‘up-cycled’ to make it all happen. All rooms are private with shared bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony, others window to a patio. Off Beat it is a guest house with a young and hostel spirit! Come stay in the most beautiful city of Europe and join us to get closer to perfect imperfection. Get inspired and experience traveling in a comfortable and off beat sort of way.
Off Beat Guesthouse Policy and Condition:
We are a self-access guesthouse, and to ensure that your check-in is organized correctly, we need your telephone number so that we can create access codes and communicate with you in case of need.
Please remember, we cannot guarantee fast and efficient access without your contact number.
Cancellation policy: 7 days prior: free cancellation. Cancellation within 7 days, the guest will be charged 50% of the reservation. In case of no show 100% of the reservation will be charged minus the HW deposit.
Registration from 3pm to 8pm
Leave before 12.00
Payment: 100% prepayment will be charged on the card you provided at the moment of your reservation.

We ask 200 security deposit when the reservation is for 4 or more guests.

Excellent location. On the doorstep of all restaurants in old town. Clean but basic room. Easy to access. Faculties always kept clean. Just a little noisy at times early mornings due to the shower rooms being close to our room but overall great value for money.

Rather than self-service check-in it was a no service Guesthouse. The office was nearly always closed. The sign to request clean towels was missing outside my door and so the room was refreshed once in 10 days when I happened to bump into a cleaner. The shower room was also only refreshed once. There is no soundproofing between rooms or floors and so it was noisy and on the last day there was a cockroach on its back and still alive st the 4th floor entrance. This is below a 4.9 score.

Lots of black mold and mildew smell in bathrooms. Location was great. Lack of any shared fridge space was very unfortunate. No cockroaches as other reviewers had stated. Expect to get the key code a little late and for the customer service to be difficult to reach via phone.
