Semsemo residence is located in the lush and historic village of Gowdar Konardan, Parsian County, Hormozgan Province. Gowdar Kondaran village is a part of the central part of Parsian city, Hormozgan province, which is located 3 km East of the village. The best time to visit Gowdar kondaran village is known as Paradise Lost Paradise is on November till May. The eye-catching Gulf of Persian Gulf, Chehel Bouchir Springs, Spectacular Village of Badaheh, Red Kalat, Purgaida's Tomb, Pierre Ziarat are some of the most spectacular possibilities around the area.

Semsemo is an indigenous home with traditional architecture and history of about 70 years and includes a six-person room, a 9-person room and a 20-person suite with a bedroom service, an equipped kitchen and a toilet (Iranian toilet) and the bathroom is private. The guests in rooms 9 and 6 must share an Iranian toilet and a shared bathroom. The large backyard is a great place for overnight stay, cycling, fire and enjoying the coastal climate of the area.
