The management is not onsite, yet due to "s", guests arrived to be locked outside at night without a code, while management posted signs telling those indoors not to help them. Every time a guest opens the front door or the *main floor bathroom door*, it sets off a short loud alarm. But the laundry is missing a doorknob, so anyone can walk in.
If you’ve arrived without a local SIM card, you may be in serious trouble.
Trash on floor. Could not find sheets. Bunkbed ladder fell off.

Was very nearly stranded in the middle of Newark late at night due to the check-in policy.

Great place to stay, owner upgraded my room for my protection n privacy for no extra charge. Process is smooth, place is very clean with all the needed amenities.
