This 30’s family house is one of the last that remains original in Costa de Caparica and just 200 m away from the Ocean.

Our quest was to create a place for like-minded individuals interested in what’s worth on these days – a simple, slow and safe living life with comfort and love. With a private patio for sun bathing and eating outside. 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, kitchen fully equipped, sunny living room, 2 bathroom and Surf commodities.

We are more than welcome in helping with all suggestions and information guests might need.

Our neighbourhood sits in a quiet area but still very close to all the services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach. We have a free parking 20 meters away from the house, and during the months of September till June you can park your car in front of the house.

No Reception. Please, get in touch with the property prior arrival to arrange the check-in.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
