Inside our colourful hostel, you can meet fellow travel enthusiasts while you are staying in our utmost cosy Dorms or give the best of your time to yourself in your private room. Revel in some fun in-house activities or socialise with like-minded people in our colourful common areas.

Cancellation and Check In Policies
● We provide free Wi-Fi at all our hostels (up to 1.5GB per user per day)
● Minors (below 18) are allowed to stay at our hostels in dorms when the entire dorm unit has been reserved by their legal guardians / relatives or parents of the minor.
● Minors (below 18) are allowed to stay at our hostels in private rooms. In case an extra mattress is required then please send your request prior to your arrival by email. The same may be arranged at an additional charge on a per night basis.
● Guests may bring their pets (only in private rooms) at a fixed charge of INR 500 per day for each pet. Only 1 pet per room is allowed please send your request prior to your arrival by email.
● We don't provide toiletries to our guests, hence we request you to please pack accordingly and carry your own for personal use items.
● Guests can avail additional facilities including heater and laundry services (in selected properties) for an extra fee. Reach out to the reception desk at your respective hostel for more details. For any further queries please contact us at by email.
● We believe in reducing the carbon footprint, hence we enforce green hours (Non-AC timings) from 1200 Hours to 1800 Hours in the dorms.
● Parking space is limited at our hostels and also may not be available. You can get in touch with the reception if you need alternative parking space nearby. Alternative parking may be at a charge which will be paid by the guests directly to the parking incharge. goSTOPS does not hold any liability for the security of the vehicle or the respective stuff kept in the car and it is on the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
● We encourage the guests to practice self-service at the hostel wherever possible
● Alcohol consumption and smoking is only allowed in common areas. At Pushkar and Rishikesh (Lakshman Jhula) destinations, consumption of alcohol is not allowed at all, so please refrain.
● No-Show (If you don't arrive or stay at the property on your confirmed reservation) and Early departure (if you depart prior to your original departure date) are non refundable under any circumstances.
● Our cancellation policy will be as per the rate reserved by you. In case there is any cancellation within the expiry of the free cancellation period, that will be charged full for the entire stay and there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
● We follow 100% prepayment for confirming your reservations at our hostels. The same will also be governed by the respective cancellation policy. The guests may get a call regarding the reconfirmations of their reservations, thus we request you to please provide your correct details to ensure smooth check in. In case the payments are being done by credit cards via any reservations channel, and the same are declined, then goSTOPS reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any intimation.
● Requisite licenses are awaited at (Palampur, Alleppey, Pondicherry, Goa Calangute, Goa Baga, Goa Vagator) properties so we are unable to host foreign guests only at these properties, at this time. In case you have reserved your stay please contact us by email so that adequate refunds can be made.
● Please note that guests are required to produce a valid ID proof at the time of check in. Foreign guests need to produce a valid passport with visa whereas Indian guests need to produce a valid Government approved ID. PAN cards will not be considered as proof. For Pakistani citizens, an additional residence permit letter from the High Commission of Islamabad is also mandatory for check in.
● There are many promotional and guest engagement activities which happen from time to time and thus any rate reserved cannot be used in conjunction with the ongoing package or offer during your stay. The rates once reserved and post expiry of the free cancellation period cannot be amended.

● To enhance and ensure the guests experience and safety, goSTOPS reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation due to an act of god. The rights of admissions are reserved by the goSTOPS.
