The Lagoon Hostel is located in the heart of the Andean páramos (Chugchilan-Canton Sigchos, Cotopaxi Province). Being the central point of the mythical Quilotoa Loop.
Chugchilan-Canton Sigchos, Province of Cotopaxi, 15 km from the Quilotoa lagoon, Located next to the Toachi canyon that can be seen from the room balconies.
It has rooms with private bathroom, balcony and mountain view. More group and couples rooms. Each reservation includes toiletries plus dinner and breakfast. Also having warm recreational spaces to connect between travellers.
We have a private covered parking space, a room for board games, a reading room, a stove, a fireplace, and a cafeteria with a vegetarian, vegan, and à la carte menu.
Lagoon Hotel Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12.00 to 23.00
Check out before 11.00
Payment upon arrival by cash

Amazing hostel. Stayed here for one night during the Quilotoa loop and had everything we wanted - included breakfast and dinner which were great, chilled areas to rest and really nice rooms. Can’t recommend enough - especially for the price.

Stayed here while doing tbe Quilotoa trek. Amazing staff which helped my friend get pills for his stomach at night and the best bed I slept on during my trip. Would definately recommend!

Lagoon hostel was a good place to stay on our second night doing the Quilatoa loop. It was basic, but the beds were good and it had everything you would need. The staff member was great, as she was very friendly and helpful.
