1. Our check out time is 11:00 AM and in case of any delays without prior intimation additional night charges will be applicable
2. 24-hour check-in permitted but the earliest check-in is 1:00 PM
3. If you are arriving very early, it is recommended you book the previous night. You are welcome to wait in our cafe area if you would like, but for 3-4 am arrivals, we recommend booking an extra night.
4. The minimum age for check-in is 18. Guests with local IDs will not be permitted to stay. E.g., residents of Manali will not be allowed to stay at property.
5. Entire amount of your accommodation payment must be made in ADVANCE/b at the time of check-in unless already paid
6. Guests will be asked to pay advance min 50% - 100% of the booking amount to confirm bookings by reservations team at any point after they make booking. Cancellation Policy: 2 days, which means the guest can cancel or change their booking 2 days before their arrival without being charged.
In the event of no show/ late cancellation, Full amount will be charged as no show/ late cancellation fee from OUR end with the guest's credit card number.
7. You understand & agree that your booking in a non-cancellable after Check in, NO REFUNDS/b whatsoever shall be provided in case if you wish to cancel the booking or check out earlier
8. - International Credit cards will be accepted with 3% additional bank charges
9. The prices are exclusive of GST applied by Government & will be charged extra as per rates defined by the Government
10. We need a valid passport & visa for foreign nationals & valid Government Photo ID & Address proof like Driving license, Aadhar card for Indian nationals. Student IDs & PAN Cards are not valid Id proof
11. Non Residents / Visitors are strictly not allowed on the premises
12. Pets are not allowed in Moustache Manali.
13. Please check at the front desk between 9AM – 9PM to extend your rooms. It is solely on availability & on current prices. Payment has to be made in advance for extension
14. In case of any Offers the payment will be NON REFUNDABLE at any point
15. To cancel your reservation, Intimation has to be sent by email to property email id prior to Expiry of free cancellation period. Otherwise the booking amount will be forfeited
16. If you have booked a room through the use of a travel agency or an OTA, you must cancel / modify your booking through the same agency.
17. All our rooms are Non-Smoking/b. In case of any instance of smoking in the room we will charge INR 5000 per instance.
18. In case of any other damages to our property, rooms etc. the cost of the same will be equivalent to replace it to the original state plus admin charges of INR 5000.
19. Please adhere to property policies. If you don't adhere to the policies management reserves the right to admissions. No refunds shall be provided if you are asked to vacate the premises in such conditions.
