Famous for hot sunny weather, Penticton is a city of festivals and ideal for outdoor activities of all kinds - cycling, hiking, water sports and rock climbing to name a few.
Wine tours, bike tours, the farmers' markets and the Trans Canada Trail are other great reasons to visit. Skiers and boarders will want to sample the Okanagan region's famous champagne powder in the winter.
HI Penticton is part of HI Canada, a not-for-profit organization on a mission to build a community of conscious travellers who share a greater understanding of people, places and cultures.

Budget stay in the area. Good location close to main street, walkable to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Hostel.
Was the first hostel I've ever stayed in, and was worried about spending the night. The staff member at the front was really friendly and helpful. The facility felt totally safe and clean. Layed back and relaxed.
