Great location 5 min walking from the train station. The room equipped with a kettel, a fridge and air-conditioning of course. Everything that you may need. The room was clean, towels included. The hotel located on a quiet street with cosy restaurants and cafes outside. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place if you arrive by train. Neat room with everything you need.
Nothing too special over all but good if you dont need to much luxury.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay at hotel Balbi. The place is nice, the staff always helpful and kind. The hotel is very close to the train station of Porta Principe and it’s easy to reach the center of the city and all the famous places in Genova. Only thing is that the hotel is located on the second floor in a building without lift, so be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb to reach it :)
