Personale molto amichevole e disponibile. Struttura dell'ostello vecchia, accettabile per soggiorni brevi. Comodo se si è di passaggio, perchè molto vicino alla stazione degli autobus di Negombo. Camera multipla priva di spazio per bagagli e vestiti. Bagno vecchio con pulizia e condizioni igieniche migliorabili.

This is not a homestay, the guy has rented a property a 10 min walk from his house. You have to climb out of the bedroom window and enter a separate apartment to access the toilet. This separate apartment was super creepy we felt very unsafe and struggled to sleep in fear of an intruder coming in the night. We were both genuinely scared. And its a 25 minute ride to the airport unlike advertised. However, the host was v nice and gave us a lift to the airport at 2am for only 700 rupees.

Ok for 1 night if you want to be close to airport: good for flight arriving late or early flight out (bus station nearby with buses to airport). Actual area wouldn't be good for a longer stay (noisy, etc). 1 shared bathroom/shower (hot water), so sometimes long waits. Rooms are basic. Wifi ok. Part of common area is curtained-off staff bedroom, bit weird. Place seems disorganized. Staff was friendly but very awkward, check-in took a long time. No receipts. Wanted extra money as deposit for key.
