Heart of Gold Hostel si trova appena fuori Friedrichstrasse, a pochi passi da Alexanderplatz, dall'Isola dei Musei, dalla Porta di Brandeburgo e dal Bundestag. Welcome to our state-of-the-art hostel that looks a bit like a spaceship but is mostly harmless.
We offer free Wi-Fi, free coffee and tea, free maps and free sheets!
We are one of the most centrally located hostel in down-town Berlin and offer dorms, private cabins and private rooms with showers.
Our all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is served from 8am until noon.
Our relaxed bar has a comfy Chesterfield sofa, cheap beers (bottled and draught) plus Jagermeister on tap and much more... Snacks and drinks are also available at the bar and there is more nightlife just around the corner - ask us for suggestions!
Our rooms have keycard access. We also have a free safe and a free secure luggage area with lockers so you can always feel safe. The large reception area has panoramic windows.
We have a yard where you can hang out when the weather is suitable.
Our friendly and helpful staff will do their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible in one of the most hospitable starships in Berlin.

Center position in safe area. Staff's super, 24/24. With lift. 1 towel and bedsheets for free and hairdryer to borrow. Big window in room. No soap in private loo, nowhere to hang stuff. Common loos were enough for my floor. Shoud be renovated. Bar and garden are big but no activities were actually organised. At the entrance you can deposit your bag. The kitchen: room and fridge are big but the stove area is too small and with dishes for 1/2 people. Apart for the bar, the hostel is really dirty.

Tutto bene, forse pochi bagni ma non abbiamo mai trovato sporco. Caffè e tisane a volontà molto graditi.
Posizione ottimale.

Heart of Gold Hostel dice
A hostel inspired by the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. We try to cultivate a real backpacker atmosphere, with most of our guests aged 18 to 27. We're within walking distance of many major sights, like the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, the New Synagoge, Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie and more. For fun, we've got our beer garden in summer and movies on our projector in winter. Always remember: Don't Panic!
