City Hostel Corvin is a mixture of a hostel and a budget hotel in the centre of Budapest. It operates from 27th June to 26th August.
This new and good quality hostel is located in the Pest of the city and offers cheap rooms and apartments. It is ideal for smaller groups, individuals, families, friends, etc. It is easily accessible from the airport, train or bus stations. The Grand Boulevard and the tram (no. 4-6) stop can be found in a couple of minute walking distance.

La camera è semplice, spartana, spaziosa e pulita. C’è il frigorifero. Il letto è un po’ scomodo e il cuscino è troppo morbido. Il bagno è pulito e c’è subito acqua calda. Posizione comoda per i mezzi di trasporto (tram o filobus). Reception h24. Distributore automatico di bevande all’entrata.

L'ostello è uno studentato che viene utilizzato durante l'estate per ospitare i turisti. Si dorme pertanto nelle camere degli studenti con tanto di scrivania, luci per studiare, armadi, ecc. Mobili nuovi, lenzuola pulite, bagni logori, servizio di pulizia nei bagni non pervenuto, carta igienica su richiesta. Si apre solo una piccola finestra e pertanto è difficile far cambiare l'aria e far entrare il fresco della sera in estate. Divertente perché si incontrano persone. Vale il prezzo.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It's so cheap, so I expected a dive, but it was better than expected. A bit frustrating that check-in is cash only, and could have been slightly cleaner, but all in all, I was glad I stayed as I had a room to myself for such a reasonable price.
