We offer you the most peaceful and relaxing accommodation, that can be found on Dal Lake in SRINAGAR. Our HOUSEBOAT is situated in the more quiet outbacks of the lake with a full view over the lake, the waterlilies, the castle and mountains in the background. Still you are only 5 water taxi minutes away from the mainland and the city center.
FOOD:
You shall be served with typical traditional food from KASHMIR. I is made only from fresh organic ingredients and we will be happy to consider your individual wishes.
TREKKING:
My brother and I, we are certified professional mountain guides. We offer to show you all the beauty, that the surrounding Himalayan Mountains have to offer - unbelievably high altitudes, glaciers, animal- and plant live... This includes Hiking tours and Horse riding tours and we can alter the tours to your level of fitness and interests.
We provide Kashmir package Tours and Kashmir Trekking.
Our tours features exciting itineraries with general interest often encompass regions not in other tour programs. our itinerary generally gives you the maximum opportunity to accustom with Kashmir culture.

Golden hopes is a home away from home. I booked for two nights and ended up staying 6! The family is wonderful and I instantly felt welcome. Tariq and Ray make every day enjoyable and provide a break from the overpriced dishonest atmosphere that much of India has. They are warm and trustworthy and if you're on dal lake this houseboat is a must!

There is a sense of family values in the houseboat where I stayed. It was very welcoming and flattering to think that they welcome strangers with open arms and considered me a family member.
The staff also went out of his way to save me some headache of getting to the airport.
The place is quiet and in the middle of the beautiful Dal Lake.
All in all it was an amazing experience and I would definitely come back in the future.
