We have a dedicated team of staff that are trained to look after you and your needs. They speak english, chinese, malay, and tagalog. There is also luggage storage facility and safe deposit box available to keep your valuables. Our cafeteria area is an excellent place to meet other guests, to relax, and to surf the internet

Nice place to stay. Staff kind and helpful. But: dirty floor in the dorm room and dust on the clothes rail; poor breakfast.

Do not expect a good nights sleep. It is very noisy and some mornings someome was drilling in the room next to us at 9am. Breakfast was average. Although there was hot water and the bed was comfy.

I was lucky - got an upgrade to a twin bed room (on my own) when the staff couldn't find the key to the dorm! So my review is a little skewed - being in a private room and paying for a dorm (i.e. about %4 p.n) I thought this was THE BEST VALUE PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED!! But even if it was the normal price it would have been good value - quiet, clean, comfortable, good A/C and nice staff.
