The owners are the ones who don't like the busy life in Taipei, so they moved to Hualien and do their best to make The Rear Backpackers Hostel a perfect place for the people all around the world.

Good hostel. Only stayed for one short night, no problem. Room a bit crammed, but very quiet. Helpful staff. Nice selection of books and guitars in the lobby, breakfast is simple but plentiful.
